Kamron Zarrabi

Business Development and Technical Support Specialist
Kamron brings a diverse range of experience spanning horticulture and the environmental sciences. He graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, and began his career in California habitat restoration, contributing to projects focused on post-fire restoration, rare and endangered species, and other ecologically sensitive restoration efforts across the Southern California region.
Kamron went on to work in the landscape field, helping to grow a business specializing in living wall, native landscape, and moss wall projects that integrate plant-forward design into urban environments. In this role, he managed nursery production and project implementation across a wide array of residential and commercial installations. Combined with his background in habitat restoration, this experience has given him a strong foundation in horticultural and scientific knowledge, with particular depth in soil and plant health across diverse applications.
Outside of work, Kamron enjoys exploring San Diego’s open spaces, botanizing, and observing wildlife. He works on native plant landscaping projects alongside his partner and has a lifelong passion for both surfing and golf.
Kamron’s favorite product at San Pasqual Valley Soils is the California Native Mulch. Having used it on his own native plant landscape projects, he has been thoroughly impressed by the water savings it delivers and the prolonged nutritional release provided by its composted organics.
